The Gratitude Network , a 501c3 US non-profit, is a networked organization of experienced leaders who identify, nurture, mentor and fund innovative social impact organizations who are impacting the lives of children and changing the face of education worldwide. These social impact organizations receive a 1-year deep coaching and mentoring experience that sets the trajectory of their organization for new heights. They also receive introductions to a tremendous network of people, resources, and funding.
Award categories:
● Education such as school systems, training of teachers, education technology, and early childhood programs as well as how/ what children learn at school or outside of the classroom (e.g. after-school or summer programs)
● Health and Wellbeing such as addressing children’s basic needs, including poverty alleviation, nutrition, water, safe shelter, disease prevention, mental health, and social-emotional health
● Children’s Rights such as protecting children and families from abuse, exploitation, trafficking, incarceration, and other harm, as well as other advocacy
Award criteria: Gratitude Awardees and their organizations have:
● Developed an innovative product/service, business model or approach
● A strong leadership team
● Tested their product/service
● Tested/proven their business model
● Revenue/funding
● The potential and desire to impact many children and youth
● The desire to scale the organization and are ready to do so
● The desire to participate in the Gratitude Awards program consisting of coaching, mentorship, connections to peers and possible funding

Funding limit:
● Awardees receive a 1-year program of intense mentoring and coaching to help them scale their organization to achieve results they only dreamed of.
All Gratitude Awardees:
● Are matched with a highly-skilled and experienced strategic coach for the year
● Are matched with mentors to help them meet the goals they establish with their coach
● Meet bi-monthly by video to work with their fellow Awardees and the Gratitude Network team to together solve specific issues that their organization is facing
● Have the opportunity to attend the Gratitude Network’s annual CEO Summit – a multi-day learning and collaboration event
● Are referred, as appropriate, to possible funding sources during the second half of their award year
● Are given visibility on The Gratitude Network website, Facebook page, email newsletter and various live events
● Remain a valued member of the Gratitude Network Alumni and family — for future events and ongoing activities
