For the fiscal year 2018, ACT is calling for concept papers for projects in Asia* concerned with the formal / informal education of children / youth under difficult circumstances living in urban, rural (including fishing villages) and upland areas through providing scholarship or any other forms of providing educational activities, educational materials, school uniforms and other necessary items.

Eligible Country: *Countries in Asia (as defined by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)) that are eligible to apply for an ACT grant are the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) recipient countries, namely Cambodia, Nepal, Bangladesh, East Timor, Bhutan, Myanmar, Maldives, Laos, Pakistan, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, China, the Philippines, Mongolia, and Malaysia.
